She was predeceased by: her husband William Spencer (Bud); her parents, Margaret McGowan (Finnie) and Daniel McGowan; and her siblings, Irene Frederickson and Daniel McGowan.

She is survived by: her daughter Heather (Dan); her grandchildren, Danny, Jesse (Katrina) and Megan; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Kohen; and her sister Charlene (Don).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made towards Alzheimer's research or The Canadian Cancer Society or charity of one's choice.
