She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Murray Smith and Isabel Muriel Smith; her siblings, Carol and Doug; and her former husband LCdr.
She is survived by: her husband John Wack; her children, Wendy Howard and Wayne Williams (Ruth Hassett); her grandsons, Brett and Cole Kate (Emma Houghton); her great grandchild Arthur Howard; and her brother Larry Smith (Jean). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
