He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Jason Slaby (Terra), Jeannette Stevens (Chris) and Christina Madsen (Norm); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Alayna, Chase, Evan, James and Edward. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
