With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanine Alma Yvette (Nolette-Charest) Hanson (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Hanson; her parents, Rosie Gougeon-Nolette-Brochu and Joseph Nolette; her stepfather George Brochu; and her brothers, Germain Nolette and Denis Brochu.

She is survived by: her children, Evelyne Seminowich (John), Roger Charest (Doris), Doreen Winmill (Craig), Jacqueline Shimko (Curtis) and Linda Charest; her grandchildren, Sansira Seminowich (Nasser Moazzen-Ahmadi), Jana Seminowich, Dustin Charest (Kayla), Stacey Charest, Michelle Winmill (Tristan Koopman), Stephanie Waldie (Trent), Kyle Shimko, Haley Shimko, Evan Dagostine (Yuan Yuan), Erin McBean and Carlin McBean; and her great grandchildren, Kiana Ahmadi, Quinton Seminowich, Adaya Seminowich, Ava Waldie and Thaddeous Dagostine.

The Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Memorial donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
