He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Picard and Delima Picard; and his brothers, Euclide, Etienne, Gerard, Claude and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughter Nicole (Leo Berube); his grandchildren, Ryan (Candace), Reverend Curtis, Rosemarie (Connor Heffernan), Daniel, Angela (Jon Bakker), Michelle (Gideon Boyle), Marc, Julie, Grace (Simon Morris), Justina and Chantal; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Endrik, Mariah, Eloise and Isabelle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
