With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Hatlen (Edmonton, Alberta), born in Hanna, Alberta, who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Frakes and Lou Frakes; her husband Ken Hatlen; her brother Patrick; and her son Kenny.

She is survived by: her sisters, Betty and Clara; her daughters, Melora (Mike), Dolores and Kathy (Peter); and her grandchildren, Kassandra, Patricia, Christopher, Abigail, Bethany, Jasmine and Spencer. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
