It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Cencek of Edmonton, Alberta, born in McKenzie Island, Ontario, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill and Saede; and her brother Ken. She is survived by: her husband Stan Cencek; her daughters, Annamarie (Scott) and Karen (Kris); and her grandchildren, Connor, McKenna, Nina and Leona. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations may be made online to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, Alberta Cancer Foundation, or a charity of one's choice.
