With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilona Gertrude Halfinger in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on September 8, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Art; her parents, Ernest and Rosalie; and her siblings, Renate, Harry, Inge and Elvira.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Sherry), Helga (Ken) and Heidi Rapanos (Steve); her grandchildren, Parker (Gabrielle), Taylor (Kelly), Spencer (Shyla), Robin Vallis (Megan), Joshua Rapanos and Alexandra Rapanos; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Liam, Freya, Mila and Greyson. She is also survived by the oldest of five siblings.
