She was predeceased by: her parents, Pieter Pool and Maria Pool; and her brother Jean Pool. She is survived by: her husband Wesley DeJong; her children, Andrew DeJong (Delanea), Marina Badger (Ian) and Monica Huber (Jay); her sister Therisa Jule (Laurier); her grandchildren, Maeghan (Shaun), Rhianna (Jamie), Mikaela, John (Liana), Jacqueline (Blane), Jessie, Victoria (Daniel), Colton (Hailey) and Katelynn (Davis); and her great grandchildren, Aila, Autumn, Eva, Drew, Charlie, Brody, Lucas, Abbygail, Shayne, Cohen, Aiden, Amelia, Cali and Walker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Clearwater Centre recreation department.
