She was predeceased by: her husband Josef Spenrath. She is survived by: her sister Matilda Kiesling; her children, Mary Sword (Bob), Joe Spenrath (Dawne), Theresa Loblick (Gary), Rose Oberhoffner (Boyd), Anita McLean (Rob), Paul Spenrath (Suzanne) and Bob Spenrath (Diane); and her grandchildren, Sue-Ann Cooke (Chris), Jennifer Turpin (Shaune), Chris Sword, Nicole Cunningham (Travis), Ryan Spenrath (Lisel), Curtis Loblick (Kristine), Caryn Stone (Neil), Matthew Oberhoffner (Carina), Kristine Chant (Kyle), Amy Wood (Dave), Kathleen McLean (Nathan), Debra Wathen (Rick), Meghan Savage (Kevin), Lindsay Kristianen (Joel), Sarah Spenrath (Riley), Elizabeth Spenrath and David Spenrath. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Gwladys's name to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation.
