He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Frances; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his friend Karen Olesen; his siblings, Shirley Laplante (Roger) and Ray Zazulak (Cindy); and his nephews, Jeff Laplante, Jordan Zazulak (Alyssa) and Mitch Zazulak (Olivia).
