With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon Talen (Edmonton, Alberta), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gordon left this world on November 29, 2024 at the age of 50, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fredrik, Alberta Talen, Meeus and Lieuwkje Meeuse. He is survived by: his parents, Jack and Rita; his siblings, Fred Talen (Dana), Linda Seinen (Ken) and Ron Talen (Coralee); his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Kate (Adrian), Daniel, Rachel, Juliana, Larissa and Amanda; his caregivers, Steven, John, Joseph, Innocent, Remy and Joel; and also Carter.

“Gordon, it is sad that you are no longer with us physically in this world but we are totally in submission to the Almighty God for your earthly departure to be with your creator. You are in a better place where there is no more sorrow and suffering again. God is the giver of life and He has taken it back. We cannot afford to question Him in this regard. We shall meet again on the Resurrection day, when those who died in Christ shall raise again. Good bye and rest in peace with God. Sunday.”
