Gordon Lloyd Bennett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2024, at the age of 89, Gordon Lloyd Bennett (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bennett and Anna Bennett; and his sister Lois Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Lil; his children, Tracey Bennett and Warren Bennett; his grandson Geoffrey Furminger; his sister-in-law June Leyden; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Ohl (Holly), Debbie Jardine, Sandy Standish (Lorne), Charlene Ohl, Patricia Wiebe, Paul Leyden (Cassie), Jennifer Jahraus, James Jahraus, Connie Ohl and Cindy Ohl. He is also survived by his friends or extended family.

Even during Covid years, he joined in singing online, which you can still view on YouTube by searching South West Seniors Choir.
