He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Graves and Dorothy Graves; his brothers, Tom and Bill; his siblings-in-law, Alf and Ethel; and his niece JoAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his sons, Jim (Arlee), Gord (Brenda), Gary (Laura) and Joe (Karen); his sisters, Mary and Anne (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Esther. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors and friends.
