He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Elia and Maria Elia; his brother Nicola Elia (Caterina); and his son-in-law Marcus Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Maria (Tyrone), Caterina (Aidan) and Giulietta; his grandchildren, Keegan, Molly, Emmalee, Joseph, Conor, Olivia, Aisling, Evalynn and Kieran; and his siblings, Maria, Elvira and Leonardo (Loriana). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Santa Maria Goretti Catholic Church on Friday, December 4, 2020 with Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum.Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a recording of the Mass will be available for viewing on Sunday, December 6, 2020.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Giuseppe to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital.
