He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his son Gary; and his siblings, Harry, Mike, Steve, Mary, Kathleen, Anne and Elsie.

He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Nora), Sue (Brent) and Tammy (Blaine); and his grandchildren, Katie, Luke, Gordie, Nathan and Janelle.
