George Hrynda Obituary
The world bids farewell to George Hrynda of Edmonton, Alberta, departing on February 10, 2025 at the age of 72. George leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrij Hrynda and Maria Hrynda; his cousin Walter Dutchak; and his pets, Bandit and Kaylee.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anna Amyotte (Don) of Edmonton and Mike Hrynda (Collen) of Kelowna, B. C.; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Fedorchuk (Val) of Fort McMurray, Dave Fedorchuk of Edmonton, Tom Fedorchuk of Edmonton, Sonia and Doreen Fedorchuk of Medicine Hat. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives and many friends.
A prayer was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church (10902 96 St, Edmonton, AB T5H2K3). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery – Vegreville.
