He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Peter Cardinal, Mary Laplante, Eddie Thomas and Christina Thomas; his parents, George Sr. Cardinal and Theresa Cardinal; his siblings, James Cardinal and Christine Cardinal; and his niece Kayla Barnes.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Cardinal and Jessica Coupland; his granddaughter Brooklyn; and his siblings, Glen Cardinal (Bernice), Dennis Cardinal (Darlene), Marjorie Cardinal (Derrick) and Elaine Barnes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Moose Lodge (5213 57 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V0V4).
