He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his stepdaughter Angie; his former wife Gwen; his children, Cindy and Tim (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Alex (Ally), Sophia (Jeff), Elinor, Charlize and Marlowe; and his sisters, Marian, Carol (Bob), Mardell (Ken) and Glenda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
