He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Melissa (Mylan), Amanda (Kevin) and Heather (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Caleb, Scarlett, Abbie, Madison, Nora and Jacob. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
