He is survived by: his wife Lida; his children, Yvette (Don), Ivo (Julie), Vlasta (Silvia), Peter (Julie) and Vit (Janice); and his brother Josef (Vera). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
