In the vast expanse of eternity, Franklin William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Franklin William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Colpitts and Lillian Colpitts. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Frank Jr. Colpitts; his stepson David Maik (Janine); his grandchildren, Ben and Emily; his stepson Jason Maik (Rondah); his brother-in-law Rick Huard; and his siblings, Edith Colpitts, Harry Colpitts (Susan) and Stanley Jodoin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his best friend of over 40 years.
A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rosehill Cemetery (1605 141 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6V1V7).
