He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Annett (John) and Tracey Serediak (Ray); his grandchildren, Kara Annett, Chloe Annett, Liam Annett, Ethan Serediak and Ryan Serediak; his pet Finley; his siblings, Ed Machalek (Carol), Myrna Keiner (Bert) and Arlene Tyacke; and his sister-in-law Helen Machalek. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and so many wonderful friends.
