She was predeceased by: her parents, Paolo Veltri and Maria Teresa Veltri. She is survived by: her sons, Ernest, Rudy (Rita) and Paul (Debbie); her grandchildren, Ernie, Frank (Robyn), Andrew (Krystle) and Sydney Watson-Davelaar (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Nicola, Raffaela, Jack and Xaviero.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in Franca's name to Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church or to a charity of their choice.
