He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Jean; and his sister Helen Wintonyk. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, James (Lucia Chen) and Christina (Saman Musacchio); his grandchildren, Talia, Avery Barabash and Gabriel Musacchio; and his brother Lloyd Barabash (Linn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
