She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas; her parents, John Gordey and Maria Gordey; and her siblings, Merle, Bill, Metro, Nick, George, Alexander, Bessie, Helen, Rose, Vera and Sophie.

She is survived by: her children, David (Diane), Jim (Mary-Lou) and Carol; her grandchildren, Tavis (Jillian), Michael, Samuel, Anna-Lise and Ella-Mae (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Keisha and Ethan; and her friend Pearl. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
