It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Erika Cousins (Edmonton, Alberta), born in New Liskeard, Ontario, who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her cousin Kristin Leveille [Eby]; her grandparents, Timothy Eby, Bill and Mildred; and her cousin Johnson.

She is survived by: her father Bruce; her sons, Erik and Carter; her mother Kristin Leveille; her stepparents, Joel Leveille and Kristi Kolby; her brother Timothy; her cousins, Cristy, Scott and Devin Leveille; her stepbrothers, Andrew and Justin Levelle; her grandmother Kelly Eby-Doyle; and her stepgrandfather John Doyle. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a Trust Fund set up for Erik and Carter would be greatly appreciated.
