He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cloutier and Octavia Cloutier; his sister Paulette Hunting; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Hunting and Terry Beaudry.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Rene (Kathy), Cheryl (Kevin), Karen (Dale), Marc (Cyndee) and Michael (Shannon); and his siblings, Denise Beaudry, Marie Tremblay (Raymond) and Richard Cloutier (Germaine). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
