She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Kozack and Andrew Kozack; and her sisters, Gladys Klawitter (Kozack) and Kari Krogen (Kozack). She is survived by: her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Tatjana; her granddaughters, Katja and Viktorya; and her brothers, Elmer Kozack and Ernie Kozack (Susie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
A celebration of Elsie's life will be announced and shared at a later date when everyone can gather and hug, uninhibited by the risks and restrictions currently posed by Covid-19.
