She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her daughter Lorna Huhlewych; her parents, Mike Koska and Mary Koska; and her siblings, Angela Fasenko and Ted Koska.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen (Robert); her son-in-law Roman; her grandchildren, Evan (Nicole) and Elyse (Matt); and her sister June Proznik.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. Basil Ukrainian Catholic Church, 7007 - 109 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 3B9.
