He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Jongsma and Minke Jongsma; and his mother-in-law Nellie Tolsma. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Adam (Stephanie), Alissa (Bryan) and Jason (Lynn); his grandchildren, Ava, Jackson, Paige, Lincoln, Knox, Fynn, Jettlyn and Brooklyn; his sisters, Hilda Broer (Harry), Julia Versteeg (Rob) and Rosa; his sisters-in-law, Hilda Zylstra (John) and Lisa Snyder (John); and his father-in-law Jelte Tolsma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
