Edna Gonzalez Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, Edna Gonzalez (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Edna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Edna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sixto Tulio Gonzalez Avila and Ana Delfa Pineda; and her son Donny Cuadra Gonzalez. She is survived by: her husband Edgar Cuadra; her daughter Sandra Carolina Cuadra Gonzalez; her son-in-law Andres Paez; and her grandchildren, Alexander Paez Cuadra and Fabian Paez Cuadra.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cross Cancer Institute (https://www.albertacancer.ca) or the Covenant Foundation, two of the institutions that helped Edna navigate the last year of her life.
