He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Patricia Kerr; his parents, Donald and Katherine; and his brothers, John and Hugh.
He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan (Rosalie) and Colin; and his granddaughters, Melissa Kerr and Laura Dobie (Jacob).
