In the sacred silence of farewell, Donald Joseph is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donald Joseph's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Bernice Buchanan; and his parents, Mansur Carlyle Buchanan (Bay) and Margaret Buchanan of Edmonton. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth, Susan (Mike), Meagan and Colleen (Todd); and his grandson Matthew.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5).
