Dilys Elaine (Robertson) Giesbrecht Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dilys Elaine (Robertson) Giesbrecht (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert Giesbrecht (Bert); her daughters, Denise Exton and Wendy Hancock (Ian); her grandchildren, Shane Exton, Whitney Exton-Burwash (Wesley Burwash), Kristen Minarchi (Michael) and Ryan Hancock; her great grandchildren, Quinton and Aubrey Exton-Burwash; and her parents, Brandon and Bert. She was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.

Her family thanks the doctors and medical staff in COVID Unit 61 and the ER at the Royal Alexandra hospital for their incredible care of Dilys.
