He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Nigel (Lynne), Ian (Kinawa), Kathy Kendrick (Tim), Claire (Jim) and Rachel; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Adam, Dana, Alexandra, Jennifer, Nicholas, Danielle, Joel, Stephanie, Ruth-Ann, Aurora and Everest; and his great grandchildren, Jean and Eveline.
