He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine; his daughter Cheryl Tremblay; and his siblings, Tracy Murphy and David Pszyk. He is survived by: his father Sylvester Pszyk; his sister Tammy Thoben (Rick); his children, Lesley Tremblay (Brock) and Shane Tremblay; his granddaughters, Nina Cardinal (Austin) and Nayla Tremblay; and his great grandchildren, Auna and Asuna Tremblay Henderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Dayle's life, the family asks that charitable donations be made to the Edmonton Food Bank.
