He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rowe and Effie Rowe; and his stepbrother Ronald Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Debbie Potuin (Brent) and Stephen Rowe (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Brittney, Jade, Laysha and Desiree; and his siblings, Mary Rideout (Kevin), Jason (Shirley) and Harold Smith (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
