He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Shirlie Wilson; his wife Jackie Clark; his children, Ellie, Samuel and Joseph; and his sisters, Pat Lower (Dave), Leslie DuPerron (Richard) and Arlene McCaslin (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
