He was predeceased by: the mothers of children, Vera MacNevin and Shirly Broadbent. He is survived by: his sister Mary Sklar; and his children, Kathy Boddy (Pat), Lewis Carlisle, Keith Carlisle (Mona) and Cory Carlisle. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
