Damko Wiszniewskyj Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, Damko Wiszniewskyj (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Damko farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Damko is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonina Wiszniewskyj and Anton Wiszniewskyj. He is survived by: his cousins, Isabel Hryszko, Irene Hryszko, Irene Miskiw (Larry), Darka Luciw (Roman), Diane Wowk (David) and Richard Bielecki.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Park Memorial Funeral Home (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church (11305 95A Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5G1P2).
In lieu of tributes, donations may be made to St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church.
