He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie and Doris; his wife Karen; his children, Lyndsey, Shelley (James) and Cameron (Susan); his grandchildren, Nic (Vanessa) of Brandon, AJ, Ava and Tasha; and his siblings, Lane (Clare), Morley (Diane) and Leigh (Dave). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
