He is survived by: his wife Truus; his children, Klaas (Pat) and Berndina (Peter Lokstadt); his grandchildren, Norma Rodenburg (Mike Chow), Elliott Rodenburg (Eboni), Melissa Rodenburg (Graeme Mellway), Nicole Lokstadt (Scott McGimpsey) and Michele Lokstadt (Adam Benke); and his great grandchildren, Madeline and Elizabeth Chow.
