He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Martha. He is survived by: his wife Chantal; his son Justin; his stepdaughters, Taylor and Hayden; his sisters, Sherry (Dave), Lauri (Dwight) and Kerri (Frank); and his close friends, Kevin, Gus, Vernie and Penny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Corey's name may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
