He was predeceased by: his wife Julita Philomena Chung. He is survived by: his children, Bernard (Jeannette), Gary, Gerald (Allyson), Philip (Sharzad), Angie, June Martin (Shawn) and Debra Slugoski (Darrel); and his sisters, Claudette Chung and Rita Morrison. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church (13131 86 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5E3B5). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the St. Michael's Cemetery (13819 82 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5E2X6).
In lieu of other tributes, donations can be made to Edmonton's Food Bank.
