She was predeceased by: her former husband Ranjit; her husband Frank; her parents, Elvira and Kenneth; and her sister-in-law Karen.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine (John), Michael and Stephen (Julia); her grandchildren, Ian, David, Clara and Cailyn; and her siblings, Jenny (Channi), Jeanette (Bill), Vishnu, Lennox, Venode (Marie) and Vijay. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations for Cheryl may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
