He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Phyllis; and his brothers, David and Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Ronald Robert (Connie); his grandchildren, Stephen (Rochelle), Jennifer (Dylan), Ashliegh (Scott), Daniel Steven (Isabelle) and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Will, Lennon and Emmett; and his brother Harold Loree.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Norms name to the Edmonton Humane Society or any animal rescue organization.
