He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Chantelle (John) and Kyle (Amanda); his grandchildren, Hunter, Sloane and Ansel; and his siblings, Mary Bereska (John) and Peter (Margo).
