He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew O'Neill and Audrey O'Neill; his siblings, Dale, Johnny, Terry, Daniel and Donna Huculak; his father-in-law Gennaro Marrelli; and his brother-in-law Wade McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his siblings, Bobby, Wendy, Billy (Cheryl), Gary (Grace) and Michael; his mother-in-law Maria Marrelli; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine, Rose, Marisa Pazienza (Mauro), Conrad Huculak, Joe Marrelli (Janet) and Fiore Marrelli (Heather). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
