He was predeceased by: his sister Lynne. He is survived by: his wife Leisa; his children, Taylor, Breanna (Justin) and Mackenzie; his grandchildren, Summer, Kane and Rey; and his parents, Greg and Pearl. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
